Important scope note: this document governs use of the AXL website. It does not set the terms of carriage for any shipment. Transportation services are governed by the bill of lading, rate confirmation, and any written agreement signed for that shipment, together with applicable federal and state transportation law. Where this website and those documents conflict, those documents control.
Using This Site and Requesting Quotes
Quotes and estimates. Information you submit through our Request a Quote form is a request, not a booking. Any price we provide in response is an estimate based on the information you give us. It is not a binding contract and does not reserve equipment or capacity. A shipment is only confirmed when we say so directly and the governing shipping documents are in place. Estimates may change if actual weight, dimensions, location, timing, accessorial requirements, or other details differ from what you provided.
Your responsibility for information. You agree that information you submit is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge. Inaccurate load information can affect pricing, equipment selection, legal compliance, and safety.
Acceptable use. You agree not to use this site to break the law, to interfere with its operation or security, to submit false or fraudulent requests, or to attempt unauthorized access to any part of it. The AXL name, logo, and site content are our property or used with permission.

Website content. We work to keep this site accurate and current, but we make no guarantee that all content is error-free or up to date. Content is provided for general informational purposes. Our site may link to or embed third-party services that we do not control and are not responsible for.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Disputes relating to this website will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Bernalillo County, New Mexico. We may update these terms, and continued use of the site after we post changes means you accept the updated terms.
